热老化对聚乙烯导线火蔓延特性的影响规律

摘要 电缆和导线在实际应用过程中不可避免会发生老化,进而引发火灾事故。为更好地了解热老化对火灾行为特性的影响规律,开展了不同老化时间下两种尺寸导线火蔓延特性实验研究,探讨热老化时间对聚乙烯导线火蔓延行为的影响规律,包括火焰形态、火蔓延速率和滴落行为等。实验结果表明:导线熔融滴落物的滴落质量和滴落频率随着老化时间的增加而增加,火焰高度、宽度和火蔓延速度随着热老化时间的增加而降低,最终结合实验结果和理论分析得到了热老化对导线火蔓延行为特性的影响规律。 The aging of cables and wire will inevitably occur in the actual application process,which will lead to fire accidents.In order to better understand the influence of thermal aging on the fire behavior characteristics,this paper carried out an experimental study on the fire spread characteristics of two sizes of wire under different aging times,and discussed the influence of thermal aging time on the fire spread behavior of polyethylene wire,including the flame shape,fire spread speed and dripping behavior.The experimental results show that the droplet mass and droplet frequency increase with the increase of aging time,and the flame height,width and spread speed decrease with the increase of aging time.Finally,combined with the experimental results and theoretical analysis,the influence law of thermal aging on the flame spread behavior of wire was obtained.
