基于货物集装箱的受限空间轰燃火灾行为研究

摘要 集装箱火灾为受限空间的典型场景,一旦发生轰燃、回燃等特殊火灾,将造成严重的人员伤亡和财产损失。以典型集装箱码头的危险物品集装箱为研究对象,采用火灾动力学模拟软件FDS对不同火源功率和不同开口形式下的集装箱受限空间火灾场景进行模拟研究,探索集装箱发生轰燃的临界条件。结果表明:当开口尺寸小于1.2×2.4 m^(2),火源功率大于3.3 MW时会发生轰燃;开口尺寸为2.4×2.4 m^(2),集装箱不会发生轰燃火灾。 Container fire is a typical scene in confined space.Once special fires such as flashover and backdraft occur,it will cause serious casualties and property losses.In this paper,the dangerous goods container in a typical container terminal was taken as the research object,and the fire dynamics simulation software FDS was used to simulate the fire scene in the confined space of the container under different fire power and different opening forms,so as to explore the critical conditions of container flashover.The results show that flashover occurs when the opening size is less than 1.2×2.4 m^(2)and the ignition power is greater than 3.3 MW.The opening size is 2.4×2.4 m^(2),and the container will not have a flashover fire.
