机械剥壳用高碳钢盘条开发

摘要 传统的钢丝制品企业采用酸洗方式去除盘条表面氧化铁皮存在环境污染问题。对70钢和H82B盘条进行了不同吐丝温度下的表面氧化铁皮检测。结果表明:高碳钢氧化铁皮一般为FeO和Fe 3O 42层结构,氧化铁皮厚度和FeO的比例随温度的升高而增加。通过调整吐丝温度和冷却速度,得到了适合机械剥壳的氧化铁皮厚度和结构,70钢和H82B盘条最佳氧化铁皮厚度分布为10~15μm和10~16μm、氧化铁皮中最佳FeO占比分别为80%~90%和75%~85%,成功开发出适用于机械剥壳的高碳钢盘条。 Traditional steel wire products enterprises adopt pickling method to remove oxide scale on wire rod surface,which has problem of environmental pollution.The surface oxidation scale of 70 steel and H82B wire rod was measured at different lay temperatures.Results show that high carbon steel oxide scale generally has two layer structure of FeO and Fe 3O 4,oxide scale thickness and ratio of FeO increase with temperature increasement.By adjusting lay temperature and cooling rate,oxide scale thickness and structure suitable for mechanical descaling were obtained.The optimal oxide scale thickness of 70 steel and H82B wire rod is 10~15μm and 10~16μm respectively,and the optimal FeO ratio in oxide scale is 80%~90%and 75%~85%respectively.High carbon steel wire rod suitable for mechanical descaling has been developed successfully.
