摘要
CJJ 99—2017《城市桥梁养护技术标准》规定,应每3年对桥梁缆索护层破损状况及钢丝锈蚀情况进行全面检测,可采用无损探伤或剥开已损坏的护层等方法检查,并测量锈蚀钢丝的实际有效面积。而MsS超声导波检测技术作为一种可以快速发现构件内部存在截面损失的磁致伸缩超声导波检测方法,可实现大面积快速扫查,一次可以检测上百米的距离;检测灵敏度高,最高检测灵敏度能够达到截面积损失率的1%,可靠检测灵敏度能够达到截面积损失率的5%,当进行在线腐蚀检测与长期状态监测时,灵敏度能够达到截面积损失率的0.6%。
According to CJJ 99—2017 Technical Standard of Maintenance for City Bridge,comprehensive testing should be conducted every 3 years for the damage of bridge cable protective layer and the corrosion of steel wire.Non-destructive testing or peeling off damaged protective layer can be used to inspect,and the actual effective area of corroded steel wire should be measured.The MsS ultrasonic guided wave detection technology,as a magnetostrictive ultrasonic guided wave detection method for quickly detecting cross-sectional losses in components,can achieve large-scale rapid scanning,and can detect distances of up to 100 m at a time.Simultaneously,detection sensitivity is high,with the maximum detection sensitivity reaching 1%of cross-sectional area loss,and reliable detection sensitivity reaching 5%of cross-sectional area loss.When conducting online corrosion detection and long-term condition monitoring,the sensitivity can reach 0.6%of cross-sectional area loss.
