In the era of digital media,the inheritance of traditional handicrafts faces unprecedented historical opportunities and challenges.Through virtual construction,digital display and digital marketing,digital media gives birth to a new pattern of modern inheritance of handicrafts,shaping the subject,content,channel,audience and effect of the inheritance of traditional handicrafts.At the same time,media pitfalls,such as the reduction of the depth of cultural thought of traditional handicrafts,the distortion of cultural experience and the weakening of the position of inheritors caused misinterpretation of traditional handicrafts to the recipients.Contemporary inheritance of traditional handicrafts requires dialectical cognition and reflection on the basis of the symbiotic relationship between digital media and traditional handicrafts,so as to reconceptualize the value logic and cultural connotation of traditional handicraft inheritance in the context of communication,as well as to promote the creative transformation and innovative development of excellent Chinese traditional culture.
