于都县2017—2022年水痘流行特征分析

Analysis of varicella epidemic characteristics in Yudu county from 2017 to 2022

目的:了解于都县水痘流行特征、规律,控制辖区内水痘疫情传播,为制定水痘防控策略提供数据支撑和科学依据。方法:用描述性流行病学方法对从中国疾病预防控制信息系统中导出的于都县2017—2022年报告的水痘病例数据进行分析。结果:于都县2017—2022年共报告水痘病例1785例,全年各月均有病例报告,年均发病率为33.79/10万(标化发病率24.51/10万),无死亡病例;季节性明显,冬、春季节为发病高峰期;5~10岁年龄组(不包含10岁)发病最多,共计619例,占总发病数的34.68%,35岁以上发病较少,仅占1.18%;男女性别比为1.29∶1,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学生为主要发病群体,占发病总数63.47%。结论:于都县水痘发病水平比较高,冬春季期间需要加强对5~10岁儿童监测,及时发现疫情、快速处置,控制水痘疫情传播。

Objective:To understand the epidemic characteristics and regularities of varicella in Yudu county,control the spread of varicella epidemic in the jurisdiction,and provide data support and scientific basis for formulating varicella prevention and control strategies.Methods:Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the varicella case data reported in Yudu county from 2017 to 2022,which were exported from the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention Information System.Results:A total of 1,785 cases of varicella were reported in Yudu county from 2017 to 2022,with cases reported in every month of the year.The average annual incidence rate was 33.79/100000(standardized incidence rate 24.51/100000),and there were no deaths reported.There was a noticeable seasonal pattern,with winter and spring being the peak periods of incidence.The 5-10 age group had the highest incidence,accounting for 34.68%of the total cases with a total of 619 cases,while the incidence in individuals above 35 years old was low,accounting for only 1.18%.The male-to-female ratio was 1.29∶1,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Students were the main affected group,accounting for 63.47%of the total cases.Conclusion:The incidence of varicella in Yudu county is relatively high.Monitoring of children aged 5-10 years needs to be strengthened during the winter and spring to promptly detect and control the epidemic,in order to control the incidence of varicella.
