摘要
针对目前传统抛投验潮仪及常规GNSS方法在海洋倾倒区水位测量中存在的问题,提出了基于星站差分技术的海洋倾倒区水位测量的思路,对OmniSTAR系统进行收敛时间及高程精度测试,并在营口、锦州倾倒区进行应用试验。结果表明,OmniSTAR系统经过25 min收敛,高程定位精度能够达到厘米级;OmniSTAR水位测量结果与验潮仪水位保持了较好的一致性,锚定状态下的水位测量结果优于在航水位,在2级海况下,精度能够达到一般精度指标要求,验证了星站差分系统在海洋倾倒区水位测量的可行性,达到3级海况时,在航水位存在误差较大情况。
In view of the problems existing in the water level measurement of the ocean dumping site by the traditional tidemeter and the conventional GNsS method,an idea of the water level measurement of the ocean dumping site based on the difference technology of satellite station differential positioning was put forward,the convergence time and elevation accuracy of the OmnisTAR system were tested,and the application tests were carried out in Yingkou and Jinzhou dumping site.The results show that the OmniSTAR system converges in 25 minutes,and the elevation positioning accuracy can reach centimeter level;The OmnisTAR water level measurement results are in good consistency with the tide gauge water level,and the water level measurement results under the anchoring state are better than the navigation water level.In level 2 sea state,the accuracy can meet the general accuracy index requirements,which verifies the feasibility of the satellite station differential system in the water level measurement of the marine dumping area.When the level 3 sea state is reached,there is a large error in the navigation water level.
