不同水平大蒜素对蛋鸡生产性能、免疫功能及蛋品质的影响

Effects of different levels of allicin on production performance,immune function,and egg quality of laying hens

摘要 文章旨在分析不同水平大蒜素对蛋鸡生产性能、免疫功能及蛋品质的影响。试验将200只日龄和产蛋率相近的蛋鸡随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只。对照组根据《鸡饲养标准》(NY/T33-2004)配制玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,其余3组分别在基础日粮中添加100、200、300g/t的大蒜素。试验为期90d,试验期间,各组蛋鸡采用相同的饲养管理办法。结果表明,(1)200、300g/t大蒜素组蛋鸡的产蛋率、平均蛋重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),100、200、300g/t大蒜素组蛋鸡的鸡蛋合格率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),200、300g/t大蒜素组蛋鸡的料蛋比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)200、300g/t大蒜素组蛋鸡血清中IgG、IgM含量显著高于对照组、100g/t大蒜素组(P<0.05),100、200、300g/t大蒜素组蛋鸡血清中IL-2含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),200、300g/t大蒜素组蛋鸡血清中IL-6含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)200、300g/t大蒜素组蛋黄重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),200、300g/t大蒜素组哈氏单位显著高于对照组、100g/t大蒜素组(P<0.05)。结论:基础日粮添加200、300g/t的大蒜素均能提高蛋鸡生产性能、免疫功能及蛋品质,考虑到饲养成本和蛋鸡耐受性,大蒜素的适宜添加水平为200g/t。 Objective:To analyze the effects of different levels of allicin on production performance,immune function,and egg quality in laying hens.Method:200 laying hens of similar age and laying rate were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 5 replicates in each group and 10 chickens in each replicate.The control group was allocated a corn soybean meal based basal diet according to the"Chicken Feeding Standards"(NY/T 33-2004),while the other three groups were added 100 g/t,200 g/t,and 300g/t of allicin to the basal diet.The experiment lasted for 90 days,during which each group of laying hens adopted the same feeding and management methods.Result:(1)The laying rate and average egg weight of the 200 g/t allicin group and 300 g/t allicin group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),the qualified egg rate of the 100 g/t allicin group,200 g/t allicin group,and 300g/t allicin group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the feed to egg ratio of the 200g/t large allicin group and 300g/t allicin group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).(2)The levels of IgG and IgM in the serum of laying hens in the 200g/t allicin group and 300g/t allicin group were significantly higher than those in the control group and 100g/t allicin group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-2 in the serum of laying hens in the 100 g/t allicin group,200g/t allicin group,and 300g/t allicin group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of IL-6 in the serum of laying hens in the 200g/t allicin group and 300g/t allicin group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)The egg yolk weight of the 200g/t allicin group and 300g/t allicin group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the Hastellin unit of the 200g/t allicin group and 300g/t allicin group was significantly higher than that of the control group and 100g/t allicin group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adding 200 g/t and 300g/t of allicin to the basic diet can improve the production performance,immune function,and egg quality of laying hens.Considering the feeding cost and tolerance of laying hens,the appropriate level of allicin addition is 200 g/t.
