摘要
文章旨在研究日粮添加海藻多糖对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标和免疫功能的影响。试验将320头健康、生长状况良好的24日龄断奶仔猪随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复10头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加300、600和1200mg/kg的海藻多糖。试验为期42d(预饲期7d,正试期35d)。试验结果表明,日粮添加海藻多糖可显著增加断奶仔猪的终末体重、平均日增重(P<0.05);日粮添加600mg/kg海藻多糖可显著降低断奶仔猪料重比(P<0.05);日粮添加海藻多糖对仔猪平均日采食量无显著影响(P>0.05)。日粮添加600和1200mg/kg海藻多糖可显著增加仔猪血清白蛋白含量(P<0.05);日粮添加海藻多糖可显著降低仔猪血清总胆固醇和尿素氮含量(P<0.05);日粮添加海藻多糖对仔猪血清总蛋白、葡萄糖和甘油三酯含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。日粮添加600和1200mg/kg海藻多糖可显著降低仔猪血清IL-1β和IL-6含量(P<0.05);日粮添加300和1200mg/kg海藻多糖可显著增加仔猪血清IL-10含量(P<0.05);日粮添加海藻多糖对仔猪血清IgA、IgM、IgG和TNF-α含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,日粮添加海藻多糖可以通过增强断奶仔猪免疫功能提高其生长性能,在本试验条件下,添加600mg/kg效果最好。
The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of seaweed polysaccharides on the growth performance,serum biochemical indicators,and immune function of weaned piglets.Select 320 healthy and well growing 24 day old finishing pigs and randomly divide them into 4 groups,with 8 replicates in each group,with 10 pigs per replicate.The control group was fed with a basic diet,and 300,600,and 1200 mg/kg of seaweed polysaccharides were added to the basic diet as experimental diets.The experiment lasted for 42 days(pre experiment 7 days,formal experiment 35 days).The experimental results showed that adding seaweed polysaccharides to the diet significantly increased the final body weight and average daily gain of weaned piglets(P<0.05);Adding 600 mg/kg seaweed polysaccharides to the diet significantly reduced the feed to weight ratio of weaned piglets(P<0.05);The addition of seaweed polysaccharides to the diet had no significant effect on the average daily feed intake of piglets(P>0.05).The addition of 600 and 1200 mg/kg seaweed polysaccharides to the diet significantly increased the serum albumin content of piglets(P<0.05);The content of total cholesterol and Blood urea nitrogen in serum of piglets was significantly reduced by adding seaweed polysaccharide to the diet(P<0.05);The addition of seaweed polysaccharides to the diet had no significant effect on the serum total protein,glucose,and triglyceride content of piglets(P>0.05).Dietary supplementation of 600 and 1200 mg/kg seaweed polysaccharides significantly reduced serum IL-1 in pigletsβAnd IL-6 content(P<0.05);Adding 300 and 1200 mg/kg seaweed polysaccharides to the diet significantly increased the serum IL-10 content of piglets(P<0.05);Dietary supplementation of seaweed polysaccharides on serum IgA,IgM,IgG,and TNF in piglets-αThe content had no significant effect(P>0.05).In summary,adding seaweed polysaccharides to the diet enhances the immune function of weaned piglets and improves their growth performance,600 mg/kg has the best effect under the conditions of this experiment.
