日粮不同铜源对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分表观消化率和血清抗氧化指标的影响

摘要 文章旨在探究日粮不同铜源对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分表观消化率和血清抗氧化指标的影响。试验选择400头健康、生长状况良好的28日龄断奶仔猪,随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复10头猪。对照组不额外添加铜,试验组分别向基础日粮中添加25 mg/kg(以铜元素计)的有机铜(氨基酸铜)、碱式氯化铜和五水硫酸铜。试验为期42 d。试验结果表明,与对照组相比,日粮添加有机铜可显著提高仔猪终末体重和平均日增重(P<0.05),显著降低仔猪料重比(P<0.05)。此外,日粮不同铜源对仔猪平均日采食量无显著影响(P>0.05)。日粮不同铜源显著提高仔猪粗脂肪表观消化率,以氨基酸铜组粗脂肪的表观消化率最高(P<0.05)。此外,日粮不同铜源对仔猪干物质、粗蛋白、能量和有机物的表观消化率无显著影响(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,日粮不同铜源可显著提高仔猪血清铜锌超氧化物歧化酶和铜蓝蛋白活性(P<0.05),同时,以氨基酸铜组铜锌超氧化物歧化酶活性最高(P<0.05),五水硫酸铜组铜蓝蛋白活性最高(P<0.05),此外,日粮不同铜源对仔猪血清过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和总超氧化物歧化酶活性均无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,氨基酸铜对断奶仔猪的促生长效果明显优于其他铜源。 This study aims to investigate the effects of different copper sources in the diet on the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and serum antioxidant indicators of weaned piglets.Select 400 healthy and well growing 28 day old weaned piglets and randomly divide them into 4 groups,with 10 replicates in each group,with 10 piglets in each replicate.The control group did not add additional copper.The test group added 25 mg/kg(copper amino acid),basic Copper(II)chloride and Copper(II)sulfate pentahydrate to the basic diet as the test diet.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The experimental results showed that compared with the control group,adding organic copper to the diet significantly increased the final body weight and average daily gain of piglets(P<0.05),and significantly reduced the feed to weight ratio of piglets(P<0.05).In addition,different copper sources in the diet had no significant effect on the average daily feed intake of piglets(P>0.05).Dietary copper sources significantly increased the apparent digestibility of crude fat in piglets,with the amino acid copper group having the highest apparent digestibility of crude fat(P<0.05).In addition,different copper sources in the diet did not significantly affect the apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,energy,and organic matter in piglets(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,different copper sources in the diet significantly increased the activities of copper zinc Superoxide dismutase and ceruloplasmin in the serum of piglets(P<0.05).At the same time,the copper zinc Superoxide dismutase activity in the copper amino acid group was the highest(P<0.05),and the ceruloplasmin activity in the Copper(II)sulfate pentahydrate group was the highest(P<0.05)The activities of Glutathione peroxidase and total Superoxide dismutase were not significantly affected(P>0.05).In summary,the growth promoting effect of amino acid copper on weaned piglets is significantly better than other copper sources.
