计算机技术应用于饲料加工生产过程中的前景分析

摘要 计算机技术的飞速发展为饲料行业的转型升级提供了重要助力。饲料市场具有广阔的发展前景和巨大的市场利润空间。为进一步增产增效,提升产品质量,许多饲料企业逐步应用计算机技术来提升饲料加工生产的自动化和数字化管理水平。由于当前饲料行业中小型企业较多,经营者缺乏创新理念和生产加工流程相对不合理等因素,极大制约了计算机技术在饲料行业的应用。但部分大型饲料企业已先将计算机技术应用至生产加工自动控制、精准控制饲料配比和生产数据管理控制等环节。基于以上内容,将计算机技术应用于饲料加工生产过程具有远大的发展前景,可应用于饲料蛋白质加工检测、饲料智能自动化加工、饲料自动配料控制系统和饲料加工工程专家系统(FPES)中。 The rapid development of computer technology provides an important boost for the transformation and upgrading of the feed industry.Feed market has a broad development prospect and enormous market profit space.In order to further increase production and efficiency and improve product quality,many feed enterprises gradually apply computer technology to improve the level of automation and digital level of feed processing and production.Currently,there are many factors that greatly restricts the application of computer technology in the feed industry,including the size of small and medium-sized enterprises,the lack of innovative ideas and the relatively unreasonable production and processing process.However,some large feed enterprises have taken the lead in applying computer technology to processing and production automatic control,accurate control of feed ratio and production data management control and other links.Based on the above content,the application of computer technology in feed processing and production process has a great development prospect,which can be applied to the following fields including feed protein processing detection,feed intelligent automatic processing,feed automatic ingredient control system and Feed Processing Engineering Expert System(FPES)application.
