日粮添加马鞭草粉和虎杖粉对三穗雏鸭生长性能和血液生化指标的影响

摘要 文章旨在研究日粮添加马鞭草和虎杖草粉对三穗雏鸭生长性能和血液生理生化指标的影响,本试验将150只1日龄三穗鸭随机分为4个试验组(T1、T2、T3、T4)和对照组(CON),每组3个重复,每个重复10只鸭,对照组仅饲喂基础日粮,T1、T2组分别在基础日粮中添加2%和4%的马鞭草粉,T3、T4组分别在基础日粮中添加2%和4%的虎杖草粉,预饲期7d,正试期35d。结果表明,日粮中添加马鞭草粉和虎杖草粉对三穗雏鸭增重无显著影响(P>0.05),但可显著提高饲料转化率(P<0.01);添加马鞭草和虎杖粉组均不影响血清ALB和血清Ca水平,T1组血清Glu和血清TP水平显著提高(P<0.05),添加马鞭草和虎杖可增加血清UA和UREA水平,虎杖粉组IgA和IgG水平显著增加(P<0.01),添加T2和T4组血清IgM水平显著增加(P<0.05)。综上所述,日粮添加马鞭草和虎杖粉对三穗雏鸭1-5周龄增重无显著影响,但可提高饲料转化率,提升血清Glu、TP、IgA、IgG、IgM水平。 In order to investigate the effects of dietary verbena and Polygonum cuspidatum powder on growth performance and blood physiological and biochemical indexes of Sansui duckling,1501-day-old ducklings were randomly divided into 4 experimental groups and control group with 3 replicates and 10 ducks per replicate.The control group was fed only basal diet.Groups T1 and T2 were supplemented with 2%and 4%verbena powder on the basis of the basic diet,and groups T3 and T4 were supplemented with 2%and 4%Polygonum cuspidatum powder on the basis of the basic diet,respectively.The pre-feeding period was 7 days and the formal period was 35 days.The results showed that the supplementation of verbena powder and Polygonum polygonatum powder had no significant effect on weight gain(P>0.05),but significantly increased feed conversion rate(P<0.01).The serum ALB and serum Ca levels were not affected in the verbena and Polygonus powder groups,serum Glu and serum TP levels were significantly increased in T1 group(P<0.05),serum UA and UREA levels were increased in the verbena and Polygonus powder group,and IgA and IgG levels were significantly increased in the Polygonum cuspidatum powder group(P<0.01).Serum IgM levels of T2 and T4 group were significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation of verbena and Polygonum cuspidatum powder had no significant effect on body weight gain of Sansui ducklings aged 1-5 weeks,but could improve FCR,serum Glu,TP,IgA,IgG and IgM levels.
