摘要
试验以饲用甘薯“F6~2”为试材,通过随机区组试验设计的方法研究不同复配用量微生物菌剂(CK、DH1、DH2、DH3、DH4)对饲用甘薯代谢酶活性、品质特性与产量指标的影响,以期为优质饲用甘薯在畜禽养殖领域广泛应用提供理论支持。结果表明:地衣芽孢杆菌与哈茨木霉菌复配的微生物菌剂在适宜用量下能显著提高饲用甘薯蔗糖合成酶、蔗糖磷酸合成酶、腺苷二磷酸葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶和硝酸还原酶活性,且微生物菌剂36kg/hm^(2)(DH3)时上述碳氮代谢酶活性最高。微生物菌剂能提高淀粉、可溶性糖、粗蛋白质和胡萝卜素含量,且以DH3处理下值最大。随微生物菌剂用量的增加,单株甘薯数、单株甘薯重,提高大薯率、中薯率和产量呈先升高后降低的单峰变化规律,在DH3处理下值最大,较对照分别增加27.53%、23.32%、24.74%、43.34%、23.41%,与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01)。淀粉、可溶性糖含量与单株甘薯重、产量极显著(P<0.01)正相关,粗蛋白质、胡萝卜素含量与单株甘薯重、大薯率、产量显著(P<0.05),单株甘薯重和中薯率与产量极显著(P<0.01)正相关。
The experiment used feed sweet potato“F6-2”as the test material and used a randomized block design method to study the effects of different combinations of microbial agents(CK,DH1,DH2,DH3,DH4)on the metabolic enzyme activity,quality characteristics,and yield indicators of feed sweet potato.The aim is to provide theoretical support for the widespread application of high-quality feed sweet potato in the field of livestock and poultry breeding.The results showed that the microbial agent compounded by Bacillus licheniformis and Trichoderma harzianum could significantly improve the activities of sucrose synthase,sucrose phosphate synthase,adenosine diphosphate glucose pyrophosphorylase and nitrate reductase in feed sweet potato under the appropriate dosage,and the above carbon and nitrogen metabolic enzyme activities were the highest when the microbial agent was 36 kg/hm^(2)(DH3).Microbial agents can increase the content of quality indicators such as starch,soluble sugar,crude protein,and carotene,with the highest value under DH3 treatment.With the increase of microbial inoculum dosage,the number and weight of sweet potatoes per plant,as well as the increase of large potato rate,medium potato rate,and yield,showed a single peak change pattern of first increasing and then decreasing.The maximum value was observed under DH3 treatment,which increased by 27.53%,23.32%,24.74%,43.34%,and 23.41%compared to the control,respectively.The difference was extremely significant(P<0.01).The content of starch and soluble sugar was significantly positively correlated with the weight and yield of sweet potatoes per plant(P<0.01),while the content of crude protein and carotene was significantly correlated with the weight,yield,and yield of sweet potatoes per plant(P<0.05).The weight and yield of sweet potatoes per plant were significantly positively correlated with the yield(P<0.01).
