为提升高职院校技术技能人才培养质量和对经济发展的适应性,构建以成果导向理念为核心的人才培养体系是重要措施之一。人才培养方案研制是保障成果导向教育顺利实施的起点和关键,按照高职人才培养方案的制订流程,从制订原则、专业调研、确定培养目标和培养规格、设计课程体系等方面阐述了人才培养方案研制的方法,保证人才培养方案的科学性和合理性,为高职人才培养方案的研制提供借鉴。

In order to improve the quality of technical and skilled talents training in higher vocational colleges and their adaptability to economic development,it is one of the important measures to construct a talent training system with Outcome Based Education concept as the core.The development of talent training program is the starting point and the key to ensure the smooth implementation of achievement-oriented education.In accordance with the formulation process of talents training scheme in higher vocational colleges,the paper expounds the methods of developing talents training scheme from formulating principle,professional investigation,determining training targets and training specifications,and designing the curriculum system to guarantee the scientificity and rationality,and provide reference for the development of higher vocational talents training scheme.
