高职院校共享工厂产教融合运行模式研究

Research on the Operation Mode of Shared Factory Integration of Industry and Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

共享工厂是推进产教深度融合的平台与载体。高职院校与企业共建的共享工厂,以混合所有制经济形式共同投资建厂、共同分配利益,构建校企利益共同体;以校企员工混编团队形成治理共同体,实行理事会领导、厂长负责的管理体制;以四大资源协同共享为核心,实现资源共用。通过共享工厂的共建、共治、共用,促进高职院校与企业深度合作,提高人才培养质量。

Shared factory is a platform and carrier to promote the deep integration of industry and education.The shared factory built by higher vocational colleges and enterprises jointly invests in the construction of factories in the form of a mixed ownership economy,distributes benefits together,and builds a community of interests between schools and enterprises.It is necessary to form a governance community with a mixed team of school-enterprise employees,and implement a management system led by the board of directors and managed by the factory director;and with the collaborative sharing of four major resources as the core,resources sharing can be realized.Through the co-construction,co-governance,and sharing of shared factories,we can promote the in-depth cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises,and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
