职普融通视角下中职学生生涯规划的路径研究

Research on the Path of Career Planning of Secondary Vocational School Students from the Perspective of Integration of Vocational Education and General Education

职普融通的实施,旨在提高职业教育的地位和质量,增强职业教育的社会认可度和吸引力,同时也为普通教育学生提供更广阔的职业发展机会和更多的职业选择。基于这一视角,中职学生生涯规划应充分考虑职业教育、基础教育的理念和目标,注重职业导向与兴趣匹配、综合素质与职业技能并重、实践导向与学科融合。在实践中,针对中职学生生涯发展及职业选择困境,进一步明确中职学生发展定位和愿景,提高中职学生在就业市场的适应力,同时持续优化职业教育的社会氛围和环境。

The implementation of vocational education and general education aims to improve the status and quality of vocational education,enhance the social recognition and attraction of vocational education,and at the same time provide general education students with broader career development opportunities and more career choices.Based on this perspective,the career planning of secondary vocational students should fully consider the concepts and goals of vocational education and basic education,pay attention to the matching of vocational orientation and interest,and pay equal attention to comprehensive quality and vocational skills,practical orientation and discipline integration.In practice,in view of the dilemma of secondary vocational students′career development and career choice,it is necessary to further clarify the development orientation and vision of secondary vocational students,improve their adaptability in the job market,and continuously optimize the social atmosphere and environment of vocational education.
