生态系统理论视角下推进市域产教联合体建设的研究

Research on Promoting the Construction of the Municipal Industry-Education Consortium from the Perspective of the Ecological Systems Theory

市域产教联合体本质上是推进产教深度融合的一种新机制。基于生态系统理论视角,分析市域产教联合体的构成要素及其关系,从利益需求、信息技术两个方面解析市域产教联合体的动力机制,并从完善利益链接关系网、打造信息联动平台、构建实体化运营治理模式等三个方面,提出了推进市域产教联合体建设的策略。

In essence,the municipal industry-education consortium is a new mechanism to promote the deep integration of industry and education.From the perspective of the ecological systems theory,this paper analyzes the constituent elements and their relationships of the municipal industry-education consortium,interprets the dynamic mechanism for the municipal industry-education consortium from two aspects of interest demand and information technology,and puts forward the strategies to promote the construction of the municipal industry-education consortium from the aspects of improving the network of interest links,creating an information coordination platform,and establishing an entity-based mode of operation and management.
