劳动教育融入新时代大学生创新素养培育研究

Research on the Integration of Labor Education into the Cultivation of Innovative Competencies in College Students in the New Era

培养创新型劳动者是高校人才培养的重要目标,劳动教育和创新素养培育有着密切联系,二者的结合体现了新时代立德树人的内在要求,在人才培养中具有根本性与实效性意义。在劳动教育和创新素养培育的融合过程中出现了认识模糊、课程体系不合理、实践载体单一、保障机制不健全等问题,应从更新教育理念,明确教育目标;优化课程体系,构建“劳创融合”教学格局;建立督导机制,完善保障服务等方面推进劳动教育融入大学生创新素养培育。

Cultivating innovative workers is an important goal in higher education,and labor education is closely related to the cultivation of innovative competencies.The integration of these two aspects reflects the fundamental and practical requirements of moral education in the new era and is of great significance in talent development.However,during the integration of labor education and the cultivation of innovative competencies,several issues such as a lack of clarity in understanding,an inadequate curriculum structure,limited practical platforms,and incomplete support mechanisms have arisen.To address these issues,it is suggested to update educational philosophies and define educational objectives,optimize the curriculum system to establish a“labor-innovation integration”teaching framework,and implement supervisory mechanisms while enhancing support services.This research aims to promote the integration of labor education into the cultivation of innovative competencies among college students.
