摘要
针对钒尾渣塑性差,无法直接应用于真空挤出板材领域的难点问题,主要通过对纤维、保水剂、增塑剂的筛选,通过正交试验设计、极差分析、效应曲线图分析,优选出了一种塑化剂配方。该配方应用后,能够使钒尾渣原料的塑性指数达到13.1,满足真空挤出工艺要求。
In view of the difficult problem that vanadium tailings slag has low ridges and cannot be applied to the field of vacuum extrusion plates,this paper mainly selects a plasticizer formula through the screening of fi-bers,water-retaining agents and plasticizers,and through orthogonal experimental design,range analysis and effect curve analysis.After the application of this formula,the plasticity index of vanadium tailings raw materi-al IP=13.1 can be made to meet the requirements of vacuum extrusion process.
