摘要
针对本研究中污染土项目的土壤主要是以砷、镍、六价铬等重金属污染物超标为主的基本情况,结合各污染物热力学平衡的特性,专门制定了烧成制度,以最大化固化重金属。通过生产过程和结果监测表明:三大重金属取得了良好的固化效果,固化率均达到90%以上。同时,生产出筒压强度1.2MPa、堆积密度394kg/m3的超轻陶粒,为陶粒窑协同处置污染土积累了实践经验,为今后污染土的资源化利用提供了陶粒窑协同处置的新出路。
In view of the basic situation that the soil of this contaminated soil project is mainly dominated by heavy metal pollutants such as arsenic,nickel and hexavalent chromium,and combined with the characteris-tics of the thermodynamic balance of each pollutant,the company specially formulated a firing system to maxi-mize the solidification of heavy metals.The production process and result monitoring showed that the three heavy metals achieved good curing effect,and the curing rate reached more than 90%.At the same time,it also produced ultra-light ceramsite with cylinder compreeive strength of 1.2 MPa and bulk density of 394 kg/m3,which accumulated practical experience for co-prosessing contaminated soil by ceramsite kiln,and provided a new way for co-prosessing of contaminated soil by ceramsite kiln in the future.
