基于GIS的老旧小区改造项目动态管理研究

Dynamic management design of old residential renovation project based on GIS

在城市发展由增量扩张为主转为存量更新为主的大背景下,为实现城市老旧小区改造项目管理的信息化,解决传统老旧小区改造项目管理不到位、资金监管不透明等问题,本文借助GIS、卫星遥感以及云计算等先进技术,利用“天地图-广东”提供的地理信息服务框架,搭建了老旧小区改造项目综合管理平台,实现了老旧小区改造项目的“一张图”展示、业务的全周期管理、资金费用的全流程监管,极大提高了老旧小区改造的工作效率和管理水平。

Under the background of urban development shifting from incremental expansion to stock renewal,in order to realize the informatization of the renovation project management of urban old residential areas and solve the problems like inadequate management and opaque capital supervision of traditional old residential areas,the advanced technologies such as WebGIS,satellite remote sensing and loud computing are used in this paper.By using the geographic information service framework provided by"Tiandi Map-Guangdong",a comprehensive management platform was built for the renovation project of the old residential area.The"one map"display,the full-cycle management of the business,and the whole-process supervision of the capital cost of the renovation project of the old residential areas were implemented on it which greatly improves the work efficiency and management level of the renovation of the old residential area.
