人工智能数智供应链的理论探索与展望

摘要 进入人工智能时代,供应链正经历着从传统运营模式向数智化运营模式的转变。人工智能数智供应链是以人工智能和机器学习为基础,实现智能化、网络化、协同化、集成化、自动化的综合集成技术和管理系统。通过人机协作和融合,人工智能数智供应链成为具有自我意识、自我决定、自我优化等特征的自主供应链,其产业发展目标具有韧性与可持续性。人工智能数智供应链更依赖人工智能和机器学习来完成自动化决策过程,通过融合人工智能、物联网、大数据等先进技术,能够实时监测和分析供应链各环节,及时发现潜在问题和风险。人工智能数智供应链运营绩效取决于供给和需求两端的建设。从供给视角看,人工智能的组织方式、流程整合和要素协同是决定人工智能作用的基础。从需求视角看,人类对人工智能的认知、情感和功能期待是决定人工智能实际效率的核心。供需之间的匹配程度决定人工智能数智供应链的效能。人工智能数智供应链的治理机制是混合治理机制,融合了契约治理、关系治理和算法治理,并随着不同的情景而呈现出融合程度的差异性。 In the era of AI,supply chain management is undergoing a transformation from traditional operational models to intelligent operational models.AI-based intelligent supply chain is the comprehensive integrated technology and management system realizing being intelligent,networking,coordinated,integrated,and automatic.With the help of human-machine interaction and integration,AI-based intelligent supply chain has become the independent supply chain with the characteristics of self-consciousness,self-determination,and self-optimization,and its industrial development goals are resilient and sustainable.AI-based intelligent supply chain will depend more on AI and machine learning to complete the process of decision-making;and with the help of integrating such advanced technologies as AI,Internet of things,and big data,it can realize real-time supervising and analyzing each links on the supply chain to find out the potential problems and risks promptly.The performance of AI-based supply chain operations depends on the construction of both the supply and demand sides.On the one hand,from the supply perspective,the organizational pattern,process integration,and element coordination of AI are the foundation to determine the effectiveness of AI-based intelligent supply chain;and on the other hand,from the demand perspective,the human cognitive,emotional,and functional expectation on AI are the core factors determining the actual efficiency of AI-based intelligent supply chain.The degree of matching between supply and demand determines the effectiveness of the AI-based supply chain.The governance mechanism of AI-based intelligent supply chain is a mixed one,which integrates contract governance,relationship governance,and algorithm governance,and the degree of integration of them varies depending on different scenarios.
