循环经济产业园区域事故隐患分级及整治对策

Classification and countermeasures of regional hazards in circular economy industrial park

结合国内隐患分级现状和产业园隐患管理实际需求,提出了安全隐患分类分级方法和区域隐患危险度的概念,通过项目区域内各项隐患类别和等级,计算区域内隐患危险度,为验证区域隐患危险度计算模型,选取湖北省某循环经济产业园进行实例研究,对排查的隐患数据进行统计分析,并按照危险度大小对园区内项目区域隐患进行分级排名,提出了针对性的隐患分级分类整治措施,为循环经济产业园对安全隐患分类分级管理提供了参考依据。

Based on the current situation of domestic hidden danger classification and the actual demand of industrial park hidden danger management,this paper puts forward the concept of hidden danger classification method and re-gional hidden danger risk degree,and calculates the hidden danger risk degree in the region through the categories and grades of various hidden dangers in the project area.In order to verify the calculation model of regional hidden danger risk degree,a circular economy industrial park in Hubei Province is selected for case study.The hidden danger data of the investigation are statistically analyzed,and the hidden dangers in the project area of the park are classified and ranked according to the risk degree.Targeted hidden danger classification and remediation measures are put forward,which provides a reference basis for the classification and classification management of hidden dangers in circular economy industrial parks.
