摘要
EERA是发生事故时人员安全撤离的重要手段,随着海洋油气开发进程的加快,海上平台的布局结构与种类更加复杂,对海上平台EERA提出了更高的要求。首先介绍了EERA的概念与重要性,对海上平台与隧道/地铁、建筑行业领域的EERA研究现状进行了系统阐述;继而总结了开展EERA分析的具体流程与相关要求;最后指出随着海上多平台相连形式的出现,平台类型和数量的增多,事故场景复杂化,单平台EERA与多平台的适应性有待进一步考证,需根据具体平台类型、平台连接方式、事故场景等因素,进一步完善优化EERA方案。
EERA is an important means for the safe evacuation of personnel in the event of an accident.With the ac-celeration of offshore oil and gas development,the layout structure and types of offshore platforms have become more complex,which puts forward higher requirements on EERA of offshore platform.This paper firstly introduces the concept and importance of EERA,and systematically expounds the research status of EERA in the fields of offshore platform,tunnel/subway and construction industry.Then,the specific process and related requirements of EERA analysis are summarized.Finally,it is pointed out that with the emergence of multi-platform connectivity on the sea,the increase of platform types and numbers,and the complexity of accident scenarios,the adaptability of single-plat-form EERA and multi-platform needs to be further verified.It is necessary to further improve and optimize the program of EERA according to specific platform types,platform connection modes,accident scenarios and other factors.
