In order to reducing the occurrence of mechanical injury accidents in the metal rolling enterprises,the analysis of mechanical injury accidents in the metal rolling enterprises shows that the main causes of the accidents are are mainly mechanical equipment bearings and other rotating parts of the human body is involved in the risk of stam-ping parts of the punch press with the risk of impact and pressure injuries,machinery and equipment,such as pound-ing,cutting and other parts of the collision and extrusion,shear risk,and so on.By adopting targeted safety measures such as intrinsic safety techniques and safety management techniques,the occurrence of mechanical injury accidents can be effectively reduced.
