摘要
免疫检查点抑制剂相关性肺炎(CIP)是免疫治疗中由于免疫系统过度激活引起的常见且致死率高的并发症。CIP的诊断是排他性的,掌握临床及影像学特点并运用放射组学等新兴工具有助于CIP的早期诊断、及时治疗及预后改善。本文就CIP的定义、临床特点、影像学特点以及放射组学在CIP的应用进行综述。
Checkpoint inhibitor-related pneumonitis(CIP)is a common complication of immunotherapy with a high fatality rate resulting from excessive immune system activation.It is diagnosed by exclusion.Knowledge of the clinical and imaging features and use of emerging tools such as radiomics can help in the early diagnosis,timely treatment,and improvement of prognosis.This article provides a review of the definition,clinical features,imaging characteristics,and application of radiomics to CIP.
