摘要
双能量CT(DECT)在肺癌的诊断中发挥着重要作用,肺癌的分类、病理分型、肺癌淋巴结评估、手术方式、放化疗疗效是临床需要的关键信息,并对后续治疗方案起到决定性的影响。本文针对DECT多参数成像在肺癌研究中的进展进行综述。
CT plays an important role in the diagnosis of chest diseases such as lung cancer.Dual-energy CT(DECT)is based on single energy and substance separation imaging.Multiple quantitative parameters such as single energy CT values and slope of the spectral Hounsfield unit curve,virtual monoenergetic image,iodine concentration,normalized iodine concentration,and effective atomic number are generated.This article reviews the research progress of DECT in the classification,lymph node assessment,surgical methods,and efficacy of radiotherapy and chemotherapy for lung cancer.
