摘要
肌节线粒体肌酸激酶2(CKMT2)属于肌酸激酶的4个亚基之一,参与调控脂肪的生成,是动物机体能量代谢相关的重要调节酶之一,在调节在动物生长发育方面发挥重要作用;国内外研究显示,CKMT2基因肿瘤等疾病的发生、发展也密切相关。目前,国内外对CKMT2基因的研究主要集中在机体生长发育、脂肪沉积、低氧适应性和在恶性肿瘤研究方面,对CKMT2基因分子调控机制的研究,有助于选种选育动物优良品种和为一些恶性肿瘤研究提供新的切入点。该文对CKMT2基因的结构、功能及研究现状进行阐述,以期为后续CKMT2基因功能研究提供方向和为畜禽选种选育工作提供参考。
Muscle mitochondrial creatine kinase 2(CKMT2)belongs to one of the four subunits of creatine kinase,which is involved in the regulation of fat production.It is one of the important regulatory enzymes related to energy metabolism in animals and plays an important role in regulating animal growth and development.At the same time,studies at home and abroad show that the occurrence and development of diseases such as CKMT2 gene tumor are also closely related.At present,the research on CKMT2gene at home and abroad mainly focuses on the growth and development of the body,fat deposition,hypoxia adaptability and the research on malignant tumors.The study on the molecular regulation mechanism of CKMT2 gene is helpful for breeding excellent animal varieties and providing a new breakthrough point for some malignant tumor research.In this paper,the structure,function and research status ofCKMT2 gene were described,in order to provide direction for the follow-up study ofCKMT2 gene function and provide reference for livestock and poultry breeding.
