中草药添加剂在肉牛生产中的应用研究进展

摘要 中草药富含丰富的营养成分,在日粮中添加中草药制剂可以提高动物机体的生长性能。随着畜禽养殖规模化的不断发展,在实际生产中抗生素长期不规范的使用,会大幅降低动物的抗病能力,畜产品的药物残留量也会随之升高,不仅危害人类健康,还会破坏生态环境。在畜禽养殖业中,开发合理替代抗生素的饲料添加剂成为诸多学者的研究热点。与抗生素相比,中草药具有无耐药性、无残留、成本低等特点,可替代抗生素的使用。该文对中草药的功能及在肉牛生长、瘤胃发酵以及免疫功能上的应用进行综述,以期为中草药添加剂在肉牛生产中的研究与应用提供参考。 Chinese herbal medicine is rich in nutrients,and adding Chinese herbal preparations to the diet can improve the growth performance of animals.With the continuous development of large-scale livestock and poultry farming,the long-term and nonstandard use of antibiotics in actual production will significantly reduce the disease resistance of animals,and the residual amount of drugs in livestock products will also increase,not only endangering human health,but also damaging the ecological environment.Therefore,in the current livestock and poultry breeding industry,developing reasonable alternative feed additives to antibiotics has become a research hotspot for many scholars.Compared with antibiotics,Chinese herbal medicine has the characteristics of no resistance,no residue,and low cost,which can replace the use of antibiotics.This article reviews the functions of Chinese herbal medicine and its application in beef cattle growth,rumen fermentation,and immune function,in order to provide reference for the research and application of Chinese herbal additive in beef cattle production.
