乌兰察布细毛羊保种选育及开发利用

乌兰察布细毛羊是20世纪90年代乌兰察布市唯一的一个家畜培育品种,被列入国家畜禽品种遗传目录。近年,由于市场原因,乌兰察布细毛羊养殖数量急剧下滑,目前乌兰察布市细毛羊基础母羊数量仅存600余只,该优良品种已到濒临灭绝的边缘。为不使该优良培育品种遗传基因灭绝消失,内蒙古自治区向乌兰察布市下达乌兰察布细毛羊遗传材料保存项目。项目选择具有乌兰察布细毛羊特性、特征、健康无疾病的公母羊,制作冷冻精液3000剂和冷冻胚胎200枚,保存到国家基因库。本项目的实施,使乌兰察布市畜牧业中唯一一个细毛羊培育品种遗传基因得以保存,为振兴乌兰察布市畜禽种业和丰富内蒙古自治区品种资源做出贡献。

Wulanqab fine wool sheep is the only livestock breeding breed in Wulanqab city in the 1990s,and is listed in the national livestock breed genetic catalog.At present,the number of basic ewes offine wool sheep in Ulanqab City is only more than 600,and the excellent breed has been on the brink of extinction.In order to prevent the genetic extinction of this excellent breed,the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has assigned Ulanqab City to conserve the genetic material of Ulanqabfine wool sheep.The project selected male and female sheep with characteristics and characteristics of Ulanqabfine wool sheep,healthy and disease-free,produced 3000 doses of frozen semen and 200 frozen embryos,and stored them in the national gene bank.The implementation of this project has saved the genetic gene of the onlyfine wool sheep breed in Wulanqab City,contributing to the revitalization of the city's livestock and poultry seed industry and the enrichment of breed resources in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
