远洋渔业供应链服务平台产业数字化改革研究——以“Y供应链服务平台”为例

摘要 目前远洋渔业存在供应链管理不完善、数字化程度较低的问题。因此,构建统一高效的产业贸易平台势在必行。本研究以“Y供应链服务平台”为例,分析其运营模式与效果。研究显示,“Y平台”通过数字技术改造,建立了交易、仓储、物流、金融等全产业链服务,有效提升了远洋渔业治理效率,实现了资源合理高效利用。同时,还通过开发区块链、供应链金融等创新模式,推动了行业规范化发展。后续还需要不断完善监管机制,确保平台可持续健康发展。 The supply chain management is not perfect and the digitization degree is low.Therefore,it is imperative to build a unified and efficient industrial trade platform.This study takes“Y supply chain service platform”as an example to analyze its operation mode and effect.The research shows that through the transformation of digital technology,the“Y platform”has established the whole industry chain services such as trading,warehousing,logistics,and finance,effectively improving the governance efficiency of ocean-going fisheries and realizing the rational and efficient use of resources.At the same time,it also promoted the standardized development of the industry through the development of innovative models such as blockchain and supply chain finance.It is also necessary to continuously improve the regulatory mechanism to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the platform.
