摘要
目的探究继发于踝关节扭伤后的慢性踝关节不稳(chronic ankle ins-tability,CAI)人群的脑电特征,将踝关节反复失稳和扭伤的发病机制探索从外周延伸到中枢层面。方法2021年3月至2021年9月纳入北京体育大学中慢性踝关节不稳学生82例,单侧扭伤的CAI和Copers各41例,分别命名为CAI组和Copers组,采集双腿分别进行单腿无初速度向前落地动作时的16个通道上的脑电(electroencephalogram,EEG)信号(FP1、FP2、F3、Fz、F4、FC3、FCz、FC4、C3、Cz、C4、CP3、CP4、P3、Pz、P4,字母代表电极所在的脑区,F=额区,T=颞区,P=顶区,O=枕区,C=中央区),对比分析二者不同波段(θ波、α波、β波)上的脑电差异。结果CAI组和Copers组患侧单腿向前落地时θ波、α波和β波的功率值有显著差异(P<0.05),CAI健侧和患侧分别进行单腿向前落地时θ波、α波和β波功率值无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论CAI人群患侧单腿向前落地时的脑电功率值增高,且该变化在CAI人群健侧进行单腿向前落地时仍然存在,提示CAI人群存在中枢层面的改变,且这种改变会发生双侧适应性的变化。
Objective To clarify the EEG characteristics of CAI population after ankle sprain,and to extend the mechanism of repeated ankle instability and sprain from the peripheral to the central level.Methods From March 2021 to September 2021,82 students with chronic ankle instability and 41 cases of unilateral sprain CAI and Copers were enrolled in Beijing Sport University,named the CAI group and Copers group,respectively.EEG data were recorded on 16 channels(including FP1,FP2,F3,Fz,F4,FC3,FCz,FC4 C3,Cz,C4,CP3,CP4 P3,Pz,P4.The letters represent the brain region where the electrode is located,F=frontal area,T=temporal area,P=parietal area,O=occipital area,and C=central region)when participants performed the unilateral anterior landing task at no initial velocity.The EEG differences on different bands(θwaves,αwaves,βwaves)were comparatively analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the power values ofθ、αandβwaves on the sprained side of CAI and ankle Copers populations(P<0.05),and no significant difference on the healthy side and the affected side of CAI population when performing unilateral anterior landing.Conclusion The EEG power of the affected side of CAI population is increased when performsunilateral landing,and this change still exists when the unaffected side of CAI population lands forward.It suggests that there are central changes in CAI population,and may have bilateral adaptive changes.
