一针两层法与逐层法缝合腹部手术切口效果比较

Effect comparison of one-needle two-layer suture and layer by layer suture for abdominal surgical incision

目的 比较一针两层缝合法与逐层缝合法关闭腹部手术切口的效果。方法 回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年10月采用纵切口行开腹手术的80例患者的临床资料,按切口缝合方式分为观察组和对照组,各40例,分别采用一针两层缝合法和逐层缝合法关闭手术切口。结果 观察组切口缝合时间明显少于对照组(P<0.01),两组术后住院时间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。术后观察组无切口红肿、液化、异物反应、感染化脓等,切口甲级愈合40例(100%),对照组切口甲级愈合34例(85%),两组切口甲级愈合率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后发生非切口并发症2例,对照组4例,组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 采用一针两层缝合法关闭腹部手术切口可缩短缝合时间,利于切口愈合,操作简单,尤其适合基层医院开展。

Objective To compare the effect of one-needle two-layer suture technique and layer by layer suture technique in closing of abdominal surgical incision.Methods The clinical data of 80 cases per-formed laparotomy with longitudinal incision admitted from January 2019 to October 2021 were analyzed retro-spectively.They were divided into observation group and control group according to suture method of surgical incision,with 40 cases for each group,and one-needle two-layer suture and layer by layer suture was applied respectively to close the abdominal surgical incision.Results The incision suture time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group significantly(P<0.01).No swelling,liquefaction,foreign body reaction,infection and suppuration of the incision were found in the observation group,and the incision healing rate of grade A was 100%.Incision complications occurred in 6 cases in the control group,and the in-cision healing rate of grade A was 85%.There was statistical difference in the incidence of incision healing of grade A between the two groups(P<0.05).Non-incisional complication was found in 2 cases of the observation group and 4 cases of the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The technique of one-needle two-layer suture is a simple and effective method to close the ab-dominal surgical incision with advantage of shortening of suture time and improving surgical incision healing,which is worthy of clinical promotion,especially suitable for grassroots hospitals.
