新时代高职院校青年教师思想政治与师德师风建设创新工作路径研究

教师是教育之本,师德是教师的灵魂。青年教师作为高职院校教师的重要组成部分,是高职教育的希望和中坚力量。当前,高职院校青年教师存在政治信仰迷茫、理想信念模糊、职业认同困惑、职教信念不坚定、道德素养亟待提升等问题。高职院校应当从师德师风建设,青年教师思想政治教育以及教师自身发展等维度探索青年教师师德培养与提升的路径,助力高职院校提升师德师风建设的整体水平,建设高质量的教师队伍。

Teachers are the foundation of education,and teachers'morality is the foundation of teachers.As an important part of teachers in higher vocational colleges,young teachers are the hope and the backbone of higher vocational education.At present,young teachers in higher vocational colleges have some problems,such as confused political beliefs,vague ideals and beliefs,confused professional identity,unstable vocational education beliefs,and urgent need to improve their moral quality.Higher vocational colleges should explore the ways to cultivate and promote young teachers'morality from the aspects of the construction of teachers'morality,the ideological and political education of young teachers and teacher'self development,so as to help higher vocational colleges improve the overall level of the construction of teachers'morality and build a high-quality teaching team.
