论习近平法治思想概论与宪法学课程的关系——基于习近平法治思想“坚持依宪治国、依宪执政”部分的展开

On Relationship between Courses of Outline of Xi JinpingThought on the Rule of Law and Constitutional Law—Based on Part of “The Priority of Upholding Law-based Governance is to Stick toConstitution-based Governance” in Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law

习近平法治思想“坚持依宪治国、依宪执政”部分对宪法学课程教学具有针对性、指向性、直接性的指导意义。对这一部分的有关重要论述进行解构,发现《习近平法治思想概论》教材第八章对各个方面存在不同程度的对应关系,并且与《普通高等学校宪法学教学重点指南》中基础理论、国家制度、宪法实施部分的多个知识点存在衔接关系,需要在教学上进行一定分工。以宪法实施教学单元为例,任课教师在通过立法“放水”等具体例证丰富课堂教学效果时,应着重政治影响分析和法理分析。

The part of“The priority of upholding law-based governance is to stick to constitution-based governance”in Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law has the significance of pertinence,directivity,and directness for the teaching of constitutional law courses.Through the deconstruction of the relevant important discussions in this part,it is found that Chapter VIII of the textbook Outline of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law has a corresponding relationship with various degrees and has a connection with several knowledge points in the basic theory,national system,and constitutional enforcement of the Key Guide to Constitutional Law Teaching for General Higher Schools,which requires a certain division of labor in teaching.Taking the teaching unit of constitutional enforcement as an example,when teachers enrich the classroom teaching effect through specific examples such as“legislative water release”,political influence and legal analysis should be focused.
