摘要
根据H.H凯莉的三维归因理论和最新“00后”高职学生思政课心理定式调查结果,思政课消极心理定式产生的因素主要体现在:教师层面,本体性知识缺失、教学内容转化乏力、教学方法单一;学生层面,认知能力的局限性、学习动机缺乏、自律性不强;环境层面,网络信息化冲击、同辈群体不良现象。大学生消极心理定式会对后继心理现象和行为产生相对稳定的消极认知与期待,这种稳定性只靠某一主体单方面的改变还不足以见到实效。因此,淡化思政课消极心理定式,应从教师、学生和学校三方主体联动入手,以合力形成消融思政课消极心理定式的最大公约数。
According to H.H Kelly's three-dimensional attribution theory and the latest“post 00”survey results,the negative psychological setting of ideological and political courses is mainly reflected in the following factors:At the teacher level,the deficiency of subject-involved knowledge,the weak transformation of teaching content,and the single teaching method;At the student level,the limitations of cognitive ability,the lack of learning motivation,and the weak self-discipline;At the environmental level,the impact of network informatization and the adverse phenomenon of peer groups.The negative psychological setting of college students will produce relatively stable negative cognition and expectation on the subsequent psychological phenomena and behaviors.This stability is not enough to see the actual effect only by the unilateral change of a certain subject.Therefore,in order to weaken the negative psychological setting of ideological and political courses,it is necessary to carry out the linkage between teachers,students and schools,so as to form the largest common divisor to ablate the negative psychological setting in ideological and political courses.
