盐酸对水热制备铌酸银形貌的调控和光催化性能的提升

摘要 在水热制备立方体形貌的铌酸银(AN)粉末的基础上,使用水热法,在水热过程中添加适量盐酸,制备出立方体表面具有针状形貌的铌酸银(ANCL)粉末。通过SEM观察到ANCL表面具有针状形貌,这得益于盐酸中氯离子的存在,改变了铌酸银的生长方向,使具有高催化活性的晶面(001)更易暴露;全光谱氙灯辐照下降解RhB的结果显示,ANCL粉末相较于AN具有更高的光催化效率,其一级反应速率提高了近3.35倍;自由基猝灭实验证实,超氧自由基是ANCL降解RhB溶液最主要的活性物质。表明0.5 mL的1.5 mol·L^(-1)的盐酸可以有效地改变纯相铌酸银粉末的生长方向并调控其形貌,使高能晶面更易暴露,从而改善其光催化性能。 On the basis of hydrothermally synthesized cubic-shaped silver niobate(AN)powder,silver niobate with needle-like morphology on the surface(ANCL)was prepared by introducing an appropriate amount of hydrochloric acid(HCl)during the hydrothermal process.SEM observations reveals the needle-like morphology on the surface of ANCL,which is attributed to the presence of chloride ions in HCl that alters the growth direction of silver niobate,facilitating the exposure of highly catalytically active crystal planes(001).Photocatalytic degradation of RhB under full-spectrum xenon lamp irradiation demonstrates that ANCL exhibits higher photocatalytic efficiency compared to AN,with an approximately 3.35-fold increase in the first-order reaction rate.Free radical quenching experiments confirms that superoxide radicals are the main active species in the degradation of RhB by ANCL solution.These results indicate that the addition of 0.5 mL of 1.5 mol·L-1 HCl effectively modifies the growth direction and morphology of pure-phase silver niobate powder,
