摘要 本文主要探讨无损检测技术在鞋靴制造中的应用及优化策略。无损检测技术能够非破坏性地评估鞋靴产品的内在质量,从而提高生产效率,降低废品率,改进生产工艺。本文首先概述了无损检测技术的基本原理及其在鞋靴制造中的应用现状,然后详细讨论了无损检测技术在鞋靴制造中的多种应用,包括原料检测、生产过程监控、产品质量控制等方面。接着,提出了一系列优化无损检测技术的策略,包括选择合适的检测设备和方法、提升检测精度和效率,以及构建鞋靴无损检测的信息化系统等。最后展望了无损检测技术在鞋靴制造中的未来发展趋势。 This article mainly explores the application and optimization strategies of non-destructive testing technology in shoe manufacturing.Non destructive testing technology can non-destructive evaluate the internal quality of footwear products,thereby improving production efficiency,reducing scrap rates,and improving production processes.This article first outlines the basic principles of non-destructive testing technology and its current application status in shoe manufacturing,and then discusses in detail the various applications of non-destructive testing technology in shoe manufacturing,including raw material testing,production process monitoring,product quality control,and other aspects.Subsequently,this article proposes a series of strategies for optimizing non-destructive testing technology,including selecting appropriate testing equipment and methods,improving testing accuracy and efficiency,and constructing an information system for shoe non-destructive testing.Finally,this article looks forward to the future development trend of nondestructive testing technology in shoe manufacturing.
