高效液相色谱法测定水中草甘膦的分析研究

摘要 草甘膦是一种广泛应用于农业和园艺领域的除草剂,其在提高农产品产量和减少杂草对作物的竞争方面发挥了重要作用。然而,草甘膦的过量使用和不当排放可能会对水体产生负面影响,因此对水中草甘膦含量进行准确测定具有重要意义。目前,在对草甘膦进行分析时已经应用了许多方法,包括质谱法、光谱法和色谱法等,其中高效液相色谱法因高灵敏度和选择性以及在实际应用中的广泛性而备受青睐。本研究旨在建立一种快速、准确、灵敏的高效液相色谱法,用于水中草甘膦的分析。 Glyphosate is a herbicide widely used in agriculture and horticulture,playing an important role in increasing agricultural product yield and reducing weed competition with crops.However,the excessive use and improper discharge of glyphosate may have a negative impact on water bodies,so accurate determination of glyphosate content in water is of great significance.Currently,many methods have been used for the analysis of glyphosate,including mass spectrometry,spectroscopy,and chromatography.Among them,high-performance liquid chromatography is highly favored due to its high sensitivity,selectivity,and wide applicability in practical applications.This study aims to establish a fast,accurate,and sensitive high-performance liquid chromatography method for the analysis of glyphosate in water.
