摘要
广东省某装配式污水处理厂设计规模为2×104 m3/d,采用纳米陶瓷膜主体工艺,出水稳定达到国家《地表水水质标准》(GB 3838-2002)准Ⅳ类标准。纳米陶瓷膜具有高通量、膜通量衰减速率低、占地面积小、组装简便等特点,因而提高了生物处理系统的抗冲击负荷及生物处理效率,并为陶瓷膜在污水处理厂的应用提供了一定的可行性借鉴。
The design scale of a prefabricated sewage treatment plant in Guangdong Province is 2×104 m3/d,and the effluent stability reaches the Class IV standard of the national"Surface Water Quality Standard"(GB 3838-2002)by using nano-ceramic membrane main body process.Nano-ceramic membrane has the characteristics of high flux,low flux decay rate,small footprint and simple assembly,so it improves the impact load resistance and biological treatment efficiency of the biological treatment system,and provides a certain feasibility reference for the application of ceramic membrane in sewage treatment plants.
