摘要
在新农科建设背景下,对食品科学与工程专业基础课程“食品生物化学”教学模式进行了改革与实践。通过“三结合三改革一主线”的教学模式改革,助力学生领略“食品生物化学”在新农科建设中的发展与应用魅力,提升教学质量与教学效果。与传统的教学模式相比,涵养了学生的家国和“三农”情怀,培养了农业现代化建设需要的人才,旨在为推进农业现代化的战略提供人才保障和服务保障。
Under the background of the construction of new agricultural subject,the teaching mode of"food biochemistry"of the basic course of food science and engineering was reformed and practiced.Through the teaching mode reform of"three combined three reforms and one main line",students can appreciate the development and application charm of"food biochemistry"in the construction of new agricultural science,and improve the teaching quality and teaching effect.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,it cultivates the students'feelings of home and country and"three rural areas",and cultivates talents for the needs of modernization construction,aiming at providing talent guarantee and service guarantee for the strategy of promoting agricultural modernization.
