壮医三气养生操对慢性心力衰竭患者的影响

Zhuang Medicine Sanqi Yangsheng Exercise in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

目的 探讨壮医三气养生操对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的影响。方法 CHF患者120例随机分为干预组、对照组,每组60例,对照组给予常规药物治疗,干预组在常规药物治疗基础上加壮医三气养生操导引运动;测定2组治疗前后6 min步行试验距离、纽约心脏病学会(NYHA)心功能分级、左心射血分数(LVEF)、N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proBNP)、中医证候积分。结果 干预组和对照组均能显著改善患者的6 min步行试验距离、降低NT-proBNP水平、改善中医证候积分(P<0.01),干预组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);干预组和对照组均能显著改善患者NYHA心功能分级、LVEF值(P<0.01),但2组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 壮医三气养生操能改善CHF患者的疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of Zhuang medicine Sanqi Yangsheng exercise on chronic heart failure(CHF).Meth-ods One hundred and twenty CHF patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional drug treatment,and the intervention group was supplemented with Zhuang medicine Sanqi Yangsheng exercise guided by conventional drug treatment.The 6-min walking test distance,New York College of Cardiology(NYHA)cardiac function grade,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),and TCM syndrome score of the 2 groups before and after treatment were measured.Results Both the intervention group and the control group could significantly improve the 6-min walking test distance,reduce the level of NT-proBNP,and improve the TCM syndrome score(P<0.01),and the curative effect of the intervention group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).NYHA cardiac func-tion classification and LVEF value were significantly improved in both the intervention group and the control group(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Zhuang medicine Sanqi Yangsheng exercise can improve the curative effect of CHF patients.
