协定方治疗小儿咳嗽痰湿证的临床观察

Cipher Prescription in Treating Cough Phlegm-dampness Syndrome in Children

目的观察湖北科技学院附属麻城市人民医院协定方治疗小儿咳嗽痰湿证的临床效果。方法选取2021年3月—2022年2月收治的咳嗽痰湿证患儿90例,按照治疗方法分为治疗组和对照组,各45例。对照组给予氨溴特罗口服溶液治疗,治疗组在此基础上加予协定方治疗,比较2组中医证候积分、咳嗽评分及临床效果。结果治疗后,2组中医证候积分均降低,治疗组痰多咳喘、胸部痞闷、身困神倦、四肢乏力、呕恶纳呆的积分低于对照组;2组的咳嗽评分均有降低,且治疗组的日间咳嗽、夜间咳嗽评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗总有效率为77.78%(35/45),低于治疗组的91.11%(41/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论湖北科技学院附属麻城市人民医院的协定方治疗小儿咳嗽痰湿证具有明显积极作用,可有效改善反复咳嗽、痰多的症状,提升治疗效果,促进病情好转,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cipher prescription in the treatment of cough phlegm-dampness syndrome in children in Macheng People’s Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Science and Technology.Methods Fifty children with cough phlegm-dampness syndrome admitted to Macheng People’s Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Science and Technology from March 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to the treatment method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ambroterol oral solution,and the treatment group was treated with am-broterol oral solution and cipher prescription.TCM syndrome score,cough score and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome in both groups decreased.The scores of phlegm,cough and wheezing,chest heaviness,body fatigue,limb weakness,nausea and lethargy in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.The cough scores of both groups were decreased,and the daytime and night cough scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 77.78%(35/45),which was lower than that of the treatment group(91.11%,41/45),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The cipher prescription in Macheng People’s Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Science and Technology has a sig-nificant positive effect on the treatment of children’s cough and phlegm-dampness syndrome,which can effectively improve the symp-toms of repeated cough and phlegm in children,improve the treatment effect and promote the improvement of the condition,and is wor-thy of clinical application.
