当归芍药散联合西药治疗轻度阿尔茨海默病临床观察

Western Medicine Combined with Modified Danggui Shaoyao Powder in the Treatment of Mild Alzheimer’s Disease

目的分析当归芍药散联合西药治疗轻度阿尔茨海默病的效果。方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月在山东省东明县中医医院就诊的90例轻度阿尔茨海默病患者,运用随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组,各45例。参照组患者予盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗,研究组予当归芍药散联合西药治疗,观察、比较2组患者的临床疗效和治疗前后的阿尔茨海默病评估量表-认知量表(ADAS-cog)评分。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为95.56%(43/45),高于参照组的77.78%(35/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的ADAS-cog积分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于轻度阿尔茨海默病患者来说,给予当归芍药散联合西药治疗,能够取得良好的效果、改善患者的临床症状,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of Western medicine combined with modified Danggui Shaoyao powder in the treatment of mild Alzheimer’s disease.Methods Ninety patients with mild Alzheimer’s disease treated in Dongming Hospital of Traditional Chi-nese Medicine from March 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in the reference group and 45 cases in the study group.The patients in the reference group were treated with donepezil hydrochloride tablets,and the study group was treated with western medicine combined with modified Danggui Shaoyao powder oral liquid.The clinical efficacy and ADAS cog score of the two groups were analyzed,and the results were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than that of the reference group(77.78%,35/45),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ADAS-cog score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with mild Alzheimer’s disease,the treatment of Western medicine com-bined with modified Danggui Shaoyao powder can achieve good therapeutic effect and improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worth popularizing.
