中医藏象理论相关术语的英译源流探析——以肝为例

在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情席卷全球的国际背景下,中医药以其确切疗效显示出独特优势。中医药理论的国际传播和学术交流日益成为业界趋势,其术语的规范翻译成为不可回避的问题。译者因翻译目的和个人理解的不同,其术语翻译也有一定的差别。藏象学说是《黄帝内经》理论的重要组成部分,是构成中医理论框架的重中之重。文章以藏象“肝”为例,通过对其生理功能、生理特性和生理联系相关术语的翻译源流进行探讨,以期为中医理论的国际传播和跨文化交流提供借鉴。

On the background of COVID-19 spreading all over the world,traditional Chinese medicine shows its therapeutic effects.Academic exchange on Chinese medicine knowledge takes on professional trend,consequently,the standardized translation of Chinese medicine terms has become an unavoidable problem.Translators differ in terms of translation due to different purposes and personal understanding.The theory of viscera manifestation theory is an important part of the theory of Huangdi Neijing and the most important part of the theoretical framework of traditional Chinese medicine.Taking the viscera manifestation“liver”as an example,the author tried to explore the translation source of terms related to its physiological function,physiological characteristics and physiological con-nection,in order to provide reference for the international dissemination and cross-cultural communication of Chinese Medicine.
