摘要
通过汇总分析古代文献及现代临床研究资料,文章阐释针灸调治卵巢储备功能下降(DOR)的病因病机及治疗方法,如针灸、穴位埋线、拔罐、耳穴压豆等。针灸治疗DOR有效且无明显不良反应,但尚需规范临床应用,其作用机制有待进一步研究。
Through the summary analysis of ancient literature and modern clinical research data,this paper explained the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment methods of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of diminished ovarian reserve(DOR),such as acupuncture and moxibustion,acupoint embedding,cupping,auricular point pressing.Acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in treating DOR without obvious adverse reactions,but its clinical application needs to be standardized and its mechanism needs to be further studied.
