疏肝健脾法防治危重症患者肝功能损伤研究进展

Research Progress of Soothing Liver and Strengthening Spleen Method in the Treatment of Liver Damage in Critically Patients

危重症患者常常存在器官功能的损伤,而肝脏是最易受到累及的器官之一。重症监护病房(ICU)收治的危重症患者通常都伴有肝脏功能的损伤。肝郁、脾虚是肝功能不全的重要病机,从肝、脾着手,辨证论治,以疏肝、健脾为切入点,改善危重症患者肝功能及临床症状,提高患者生存率。文章旨在探讨ICU患者改善肝功能的可能机制与方案,希望中西医结合疗法可为防治危重症患者肝功异常提供新的思路和方法。

Critically patients often have organ damage,and the liver is one of the most easily affected organs.Critical patients admit-ted to the intensive care unit(ICU)are usually accompanied by liver damage.Liver depression and spleen deficiency are important pathogens leading to liver insufficiency.We should start with liver and spleen,treat according to syndrome differentiation,and take soothing liver and strengthening spleen as the breakthrough point to improve the liver function,clinical symptoms and survival rate of critical patients.This paper aims to explore the possible mechanisms and schemes of improving liver function in ICU patients,and hopes that integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy can provide new ideas and methods for preventing liver func-tion abnormalities in critically patients.
