五星教学原理视角下推拿学课程在住院医师规范化培训中教学模式构建

Construction of the teaching model for the Tuina course in the standardized training of residents under the perspective of the five-star teaching principle

五星教学通过聚焦实际问题的教学方案,以激活旧识、示证新知、应用新知、融会贯通4个环节构建有效的学习模式,从而达到激发学生探索精神,引导学生主动参与教学活动的目的。本文以住院医师规范化培训中推拿学专业课程为例,在临床实践教学中尝试构建五星教学模式,并通过教学反馈发现五星教学法在衔接推拿学理论与实践以及解决临床诊疗实际问题方面取得较满意的教学效果,能够帮助学生构建更完整的知识体系以及提高临床综合素质能力。

Five-star teaching focused on practical problems in teaching program,built an effective learning mode by activating old knowledge,proving new knowledge,application of new knowledge,thorough integration through four links,aiming to stimulate students'exploring spirit,guide them to take initiatives to participate in teaching activities.This paper took the course of Tuina science in standardized training as an example,and attempted the five-star teaching model construction in clinical practice teaching.Through teaching feedback,it is found that the five-star teaching method has achieved satisfactory teaching effect in connecting the theoretical and practical fault lines of Tuina science and solving practical problems in clinical diagnosis and treatment.It can help students build a more complete knowledge system and improve their clinical comprehensive quality.
