农业低碳化发展的阻碍与转型发展路径研究

21世纪以来,经济社会的高速发展给资源、环境造成巨大压力,出现了能源短缺、全球变暖等问题。转变高污染、高耗能的传统农业生产经营模式,对于持续推进低碳经济、促进农业结构转型、科学践行大食物观具有重要意义。作为农业大国,中国在推动农业低碳化转型发展的过程中存在农业主要劳动力文化素质偏低、现代技术水平与投入有限、农业低碳化内生动力不足等问题,对农业低碳化发展造成阻碍。因此,基于低碳经济视角,政府及相关部门需要积极宣传农业低碳化发展的重要性,鼓励农村不断创新现代农业低碳技术体系,构建农业低碳产业链,以推动农业向低碳化快速转型。

Since the beginning of the 21st century,the rapidly developing economy and society have caused tremendous pressure on resources and the environment,leading to problems such as energy shortages and global warming.Transforming the traditional agricultural production and operation model with high pollution and energy consumption is of great significance for continuously promoting low-carbon economy,promoting agricultural structural transformation,and scientifically practicing the concept of big food.As a major agricultural country,China faces prominent problems in promoting the low-carbon transformation and development of the agricultural industry,such as low cultural quality of the main agricultural labor force,limited modern technology level and investment,insufficient endogenous driving force for agricultural low-carbon,and incomplete low-carbon institutional system,which hinder the low-carbon development of the agricultural industry.Therefore,based on the perspective of low-carbon economy,it is necessary to actively promote the key to the development of low-carbon agriculture,innovate the modern agricultural technology system,build a low-carbon agricultural industry chain,so as to speed up the transformation to a low-carbon agricultural industry.
