国土空间规划背景下城乡规划专业课程思政体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of Ideological and Political System of Urban and Rural Planning Courses against the Background of Land and Space Planning

立德树人是教育的根本任务,国土空间规划体系的成立对城乡规划学科的建设产生了重大影响,对人才的培养提出了新的诉求,其系统性、政治性、科学性和人文性的价值转型更加凸显。针对当前高校课程思政建设的诉求、城乡规划专业属性的要求以及时代发展的需求,从挖掘课程思政教学内容、优化课程思政教学方法、建立知行合一的教学理念体系、完善课程教学评价体系等方面构建城乡规划专业课程思政体系,将思政教育与专业教育有机融合、同向同行,为党和国家培养具有战略思维、全局视野、专业素养和为民服务情怀的城乡规划专业人才。

Moral education is the fundamental task of education.The establishment of the territorial spatial planning system has had a significant impact on the construction of the discipline of urban and rural planning,and has put forward new demands for the training of talents.Its systematic,political,scientific and humanistic value transformation is more prominent.In view of the demands of the ideological and political construction of the current college curriculum,the requirements of the urban and rural planning specialty attribute and the needs of the development of the times,this paper seeks to construct the ideological and political system of the urban and rural planning specialty curriculum from the aspects of mining the ideological and political teaching content of the curriculum,optimizing the ideological and political teaching methods of the curriculum,establishing the teaching concept system of Knowledge-Action Unity,improving the evaluation system of curriculum teaching and other aspects to build the ideological and political system of urban and rural planning courses,organically integrate ideological and political education with professional education,cultivate urban and rural planning professionals with strategic thinking,overall vision,professional quality and the sentiment of public service for our country.
